Sargam Picker is a fully-qualified, HCPC-registered Drama and Movement therapist, (creative arts therapist), who has worked professionally for over thirty years with adults and children in creative therapeutic ways. Her qualifications include an MA (Distinction) in the Sesame method of Drama and Movement Therapy, a professional Diploma in Supervision (Re-Vision), and a BSc (hons) degree in Psychology.

Sargam is also a fully qualified 200 hour Yoga Teacher, who obtained her diploma under the experienced tutoring of Susannah Hoffman at Triyoga Camden. She has also completed 33 hours of Restorative Yoga training with Anna Ashby, and 50 hours of Crystal Bowl sound healer training with Holly Husler and Carly Grace. Sargam is delighted to offer sound healing with the incredible Alchemy Crystal Bowls, alongside her yoga and healing offerings.

She has additional certificates in Supervision, Counselling Skills and Theory, and Ways into Working with Couples. She also has a PGDip in Creative Writing.

​

Sargam has also completed trainings in Constellations Therapy with CSISS and Constellation Work Trainings UK. She has explored and worked professionally with constellations since 1998.

​

In addition, Sargam has over 30 years' experience as a Professional Healer and Body-worker. She trained for two years as a Professional Healer with Kathy Jones at the Isle of Avalon Foundation in Glastonbury, UK. She also completed Reiki I and II, as well as trainings in aromatherapy massage, reflexology and shiatsu.

Sargam is also an experienced musician, music-lover and dance aficionado, including ceilidh-callingShe loves to facilitate creative, therapeutic spaces, including conscious dance and movement, and has a particular passion for collating diverse musical sounds in a soulful and uplifting way, with the intention of bringing variety, healing and depth to the conscious dance floor.

Her background in yoga, counselling, psychology, dance and creative arts therapy means that Sargam has a profound ability to help integrate the physical with the mental and emotional, helping clients make sense of their healing process on all levels.  She has a passion for weaving sacred, embodied, creative, mindful practises together, and hopes that the spaces she creates can calm and elevate our souls and bodies, finding stillness, resources and focus amidst the chaos of the world around us.
